    This is a common issue with Quickbooks because network connections loose connection to the data file. Quickbooks is very picky about network connections and numerous networking problems can occur frequently. Make sure your logged in ok and I will make sure your network connection is working properly. I’ll make sure the firewall and antivirus are allowing the outside connection for Quickbooks.

    Thanks for repairing and saving my data from that power outage that destroyed my PC. Especially my Quickbooks files.
